Select a pest control service is as important as selecting any other professional service. We have had the pleasure of meeting and working with many knowledgeable pest control companies, through the National Pest Control Association. We offer the following suggestions to help you find the professional service you are looking for.
-
Membership in the National or State Association is a good indicator that the company has access to modern technical information and is committed to further education.
-
Ask your friends, neighbors or relatives who they have used or would recommend.
-
How long has the company been in business?
-
Make sure the company has a physical office in your area.
- Is the address listed in the phone book or on their web site?
- Is the address listed on their truck or business card?
- Can you go to their office to sign agreement or make payment?
- Beware of magnetic signs and Post Office Box addresses, trucks should be professional lettered and a physical address should be provided.
- Buy value, not price. What appears to be a real bargain may need a second look or treatment.
